We've gotten used to having a gsp girlie who really isnt particularly cuddly. Now that she's in season it's a completely different story, i cant go anywhere without her, she wont even go lie on the sofa without me (which is only 2m away from me), she cries all night to get into the bed with us, and look what happens when i'm trying to work :

That is where she positions herself ALL day just now I'm enjoying all the extra cuddles but i'll be happier when she's back to her normal independent self for her sake
hahaha Hi Keely!!
Birds of a feather... I took this earlier this week with my phone when I was working at home. Sitting at my desk at home...this is what is kept dealing with How am I supposed to work through this, and say "No" to that face? I'm fully convinced we are experiencing a false pregnancy, so she is so extra whiney and nudgy I can hardly stand it at times lol. Hugs to Miss Keely during her Lady Days
Texas Belle - do you mean they get more affectionate on a permanent basis or just for a period after estrus? I've got to admit that it would be lovely if she was a little bit more affectionate, but she's adored either way In fact, i'm misrepresenting her, she is affectionate but just not a touchy-feely dog - she gives that "mum, i'm trying to concentrate" look, she only likes contact completely on her own terms (fair enough).
Smatulewicz - looks like Bella bambino has the look down to a "T" also they certainly know how to do doleful dont they? Keely's also been practicing the nose-in-the-armpit move when i try to type/write/drink tea
