had a great day of training on wild birds Sunday a.m!  went for a 3 hr hike/training session around 6 a.m with Dunkan!  it was a beautiful sunny morning.  found 8 grouse and 15!!! woodcock!!!  i have never seen the woodcock #'s this high, this time of year, in Northern VT!  looks like it's gonna be another great year for bird hunitng! We would have kept going, but Dunkan was gettig a bit hot!  I'm a bit excited for sept 29th (opening day for grouse in VT), especially now, so i had to tell someone!
