Ruth Ann Freer-Godfrey was kind enough to share the information!  I have contacted Marilyn and she has supplied alternative info to make donation in lieu of PayPal.

I’ve had the same problem with pay pal so haven’t used it for years. We even ended up with
identity theft and credit card fraud, even though we never lost a credit card and shred
everything. My husband hasn’t had the same problem so I used his account to donate and sent a
letter to the rescue group. He received an e-mail back acknowledging the donation and to let us
know that we will be kept up on Freedom’s progress.
