So Havoc came home on Saturday! He did pretty good in the car. Whined for about 35 minutes but slept the other hour. He's only had a couple of accidents inside and usually lets us know when he needs to go out. He's done amazing with the crate. He'll whine for about 2-3 minutes when he goes in, but then just goes to sleep or occupies himself with a toy. He's already sleeping mostly through the night in the crate and only whines when he has to pee.
I have a ton of pictures on the camera already, but I can't get them loaded right now. Here's just a couple from my phone.

Cute little guy. Sounds like he is doing really well. I have to ask - how did you come up with his name. ;-) |

We actually decided on names before we even picked out a pup. Havoc seems to fit most people's description of the breed lol. |

Sweet little monkey! More pix when poss. For the first couple weeks, I would sit with Bo while he was falling asleep and then would tuck him into the crate. Ah, the good old days |

| Cute, cute little boy. I can't wait to see if he lives up to his name. Love the pictures and sounds like he is doing wonderfully. |

| Congratulations, there's a look in his eyes that says his name is going to suit him more than you ever expected, he's gorgeous! I love that he's smiling in the first pic, and the cute wee wrinkles around his mouth. Uh oh, i can feel myself getting puppy-broody again! |

He does look like a cutie pie. Years ago at an AKC HT there was a Gordon setter named Hooligan. |

Maybe a dumb question... I'm sure I've looked at it already but I can't seem to find it now... how do I resize the pictures so they aren't so large? |

| I've only been able to resize them in photobucket. I see he's in training to become another oversized lapdog as with all gsps - dont make the mistake of thinking he wont try to sit on your lap when he's fully grown :0) i love them for that! |

haha. Yes, we are prepared for the oversized lap dog! It was funny when we were researching stuff my boyfriends dad made a comment about wanting a lap dog, and that he wouldn't want a large breed because they're too big for that. We proceeded to show him picture after picture of the overgrown lapdogs a.k.a GSPs Havoc is more than welcome to snuggle with us all he wants on the floor or the couch... we're just trying to keep him off the bed and in his own area at night. So far, he's really adapted to his crate, so I'm hoping he doesn't try to take over our bed later. But, I'm definitely not holding my breath. |

| Yeah, we said that about the bed too lol. We failed miserably with Kintra, and now with Keely. They're so tenacious and sneaky, and will do anything to get in for cuddles. We are currently beiing woken up approx 7-8 times per night by Keely trying to sneak up, and we're making her go back to her bed, hopefully it will sink in eventually. Good luck, the temptation's so much worse when they're still small. |
