The LIGSPC and the SVGSPC are pleased to announce that we will have DNA health testing opportunities at our upcoming specialty shows February 10 and 11, 2012 at the Meadowlands Specialty Shows in Secaucus, NJ.

The cost for most of the testing will be discounted.

CD (Cone Degeneration through Optigen) $120 (must sign up online first - Clinic ID GSP122 for this rate)
Please note if BOTH parents have been individually tested through Optigen, the cost to test offspring is $75.
This is a 25% discount off the regular price of $160 if you sign up online first at Optigen.com.

LD (Lupoid Dermatosis) $60
This is a 20% discount off of the regular price of $75.

Coat Color testing:
Available, but unfortunately not discounted. $55 for first color, $20 for each additional color for the same dog.

Von Willebrand Disease: $75
This is a 46% discount off of the regular price of $140

There will be a fee of $2.00 per test payable to the LIGSPC to offset the cost of supplies and handling the submission (postage), paperwork and supplies.

Also, these tests are open to other breeds, and any other Optigen test done by swab can be submitted as well.
