The "sticker" is attached to an application for submission to a permanent DNA database. You complete the application, with the same information that is on the registration (or other OFA certificates you might have, including reg # for sire and dam and microchip numbers), make a copy of the certificate you received from Optigen and send the two pages to OFA. We sent ours in at the beginning of June, so should be showing up pretty soon on Ziggy's OFA page. The "stickers" are good through the end of December , 2007, for dogs already entered into the OFA database.
