My name is Ryan Scully and I live in Lakeland, FL.  My wife and I have been researching the GSP breed for several years now and love the energetic and lovable temperament of the dogs.  We have finally decided to move forward and are thinking about adopting a young rescued puppy.  We met the dog this weekend and have been told that the vet confirmed it is a purebred.  We are hoping to get a second opinion on this. The same vet also said she is between five and six months old. She is a bit undersized if you go with the six month age.

I am planning on having someone in town look at the dog, but if anyone here can help, I would appreciate it.  Thank you!
