This weekend was supposed to be a warm up for some big AKC shows coming up in July. I entered Fauna in 4 International shows and she took 3 Group 1s, a Group 3 and a BIS. I think she is ready for San Antionio and Houston. I am so proud of my baby.

Gail - She already has 5 points in AKC. She has been hot, hot going BOS her first time in the AKC ring for 2 points, then took a series of 3 singles. We are now looking for majors. She went through a fear period right up to Nationals and them figured out she liked showing again. San Antonio and Houston will be 9 shows (3 specialties) and all are expected to be majors. Would love to at least get one under out belt.

Java is very proud of her big sister. Can't wait to see you in Houston! Looks like that will be Java's day to come out to the shows . . . hopefully I can get her in the conformation ring there. It seems everytime I enter her, something happens. For the Biloxi show she decided to try and clear the steps at the back deck and just jump the 4 feet up and she ended up knocking her knee! Had a nice little gash and a slight limp (which is now gone). Then, I had made some practice weave poles out of PVC using PVC glue, which she proceeded to get all over her face. It is just now wearing off! But today, we have contractors at the house framing up a storage building and now she has liquid nails on her. Caught her running around the yard with a partially empty container in her mouth! She is just too funny.

She sounds an awful lot like her sister, Rose. My dad is always telling about the stuff Rosy gets into. They have to watch here constantly. I think with Fauna, she is so enamored of Uncle Ringo that she just follows him everywhere. So, when Uncle Ringo is naughty so is Fauna. Thankfully, Uncle Ringo has grown up quite a bit and doesn't get into as much trouble as he used to. Now it is just the counter surfing. Hope to see you in Houston.

GREAT JOB ! I hope she gets a major that would be great . Is it in dogs and bitches ?. BEST OF WINNERS WOULD DO JUST FINE . Good luck .(been far east )
