So there's still 1+ feet of snowpack on the ground in all my training covers within 30-45 minutes of my house........ No problem, we'll head to the beach only 5 minutes away! Here's a picture I took of Katy today- she stopped to flush on some shore birds that lit out of there pretty quick when they saw Katy comin'......... I have a 1.5 mile stretch of beach at low tide to get her back into condition. Down & back is a solid 3 mile run. Rob

Nice, does she go in the water too? My dogs love the beach.

I am so glad Katy is on the mend and getting back to her old self. The beach is a wonderful place to get them into tip top shape. The swimming is awesome too, but I figured it might be a bit cold this time of year. Although with a shorthair you never know what they will do.
