GERMAN SHORTHAIRED POINTER CLUB OF AMERICA, INC.
ARTICLE III - MEETINGS

SECTION 3. Quorum for Annual Meeting, or Special Meeting. The quorum for the Annual Meeting or for a Special Meeting of the Club shall be twenty-five percent (25%) of the members in good standing. If less than twenty-five percent (25%) of the members in good standing are present at any meeting, proposals may be discussed and voted upon, but any proposal approved by vote at the meeting must be submitted to the entire membership for vote by mail, and shall not be considered to be adopted unless approved by a majority of the members whose mail ballots are returned to the Secretary by a specified date which shall not be less than thirty (30) days after the date of mailing.
