I had such a great show weekend I just have to share! Oskar, my 8.5 year old GSP participated in his second weight pull and he seems to love it--that or he just loves working for me---and he pulled 2800 pounds!! Not too bad for an old guy...I think he even beat a few of the more 'traditional' breeds in his weight class. I don't have any pics yet but I'll share when I get some. Ozzy, my little rock star, finally came into his own in the show ring. He won Reserve Best in Show--and I think might be one of the few black GSP's to win that high! Then on Sunday, they had a kind of 'best of the best' class and invited all the Reserves and the BIS's back, separately--all the Reserves went in together and the BIS all went in together. My jaw hit the floor when Ozzy got Overall Best Reserve! I'm pretty proud of my boys after the weekend--still on cloud nine! Ozzy with his hardware:

I wish I could have seen you this weekend Sara! He has turned into such an AWESOME young man! He has a bright future ahead of him. I think it would be cool if you and I tackled the Canadian show ring with our blacks!
