Disclaimer: I am sending this out to several email lists that I have acquired/received over the years, so if you receive this more than once, my apologies. I’d rather hit you twice (or more) than miss you altogether! We are hoping for a great turnout, and a fun, safe and exciting weekend for everyone!
Please find attached the DGSPC White Mtns trial premium. Our trial is AKC sanctioned, with NGSPA win certificates given to eligible dogs/stakes. Our trial follows the Northern Arizona club’s dual sanctioned AF/AKC NGSPA Chukar Championship. We hope you will all stay a few extra days and spend time with us.
Please note a few things in our premium:
** I cannot accept signature-required entries as the Cave Creek Post Office is only open abbreviated hours and they are all hours when I have to be at work (still hoping to win the lottery!). So do not send your entries in any manner that requires a signature for receipt as they will be returned.
** We are having a caterer at the grounds to provide lunches and the judges dinner. Please bring cash to pay him directly for any lunches you wish to purchase. For the judges steak dinner on Saturday night, please include $15 per person with your entry fees, see the reservation form in the premium. We have to pre-reserve these meals, so they must be paid for in advance, thanks for your help!
** The Forest Service is especially particular about these grounds. Please, please check out the cleanup instructions in the premium and follow them. Thank you in advance!
** In order to get done in three days, we must limit entries to daylight hours. In past years, this event has filled up quickly, so please send your entries in asap so we’ll have space for you!
** We originally thought we were holding this trial at Pole Knoll (not the same as Pool Knoll), but the forest service has required a location change. The Chukar Championship is also having to change locations to Pool Knoll, so we are on the same grounds.
