I've run into a spot of financial trouble and must give up my 13 mo. old neutered male. He's the typical dark brown with flecks.
I'm not a breeder, but I got him from one. I don't think he shows -- but he does hunt. I just know this pup has stolen my heart and frankly, everyone we run into that's had GSP think he's really beautiful. Maybe they're being nice???
Anyway - he's been loved to death, and treated like a king. He's had all his shots. He's been socialized and LOVES playing with other dogs. He's a hoot and a holler at the dog park, and hangs near you off leash quite nicely when we're hiking in the country.
He's crate trained, trained on leash and off leash at an enjoyable level ... certainly not a perfect level as I'm not a professional.
I have his lineage, and his papers are transferrable.
I'm not asking for money for this dog. Just a good, loving home. He's at a great age now where training for hunting would be right up his alley. When we hike in the hills he does a great job of pointing and holding naturally.
I don't know if this is good or bad, but in the park the sparrows play with him, flying just in front of his nose at about 18" off the ground circling in figure eights and trying to run him into fences and trees with their antics. He never gives up and really puts on the turbo chargers to try to catch up.
Oh ... and did I mention he watches TV with me sometimes?
I will miss him ... but I KNOW you'll love him ...
