Axel is an up and coming shorthair that got his VC this fall at 3.5 years old and is a complete versatile dog. Both his parents are VC's and his pedigree is very strong in NAVHDA dogs. He is currently working on finishing his MH and will do walking field trials this spring. She is an AKC conformation champion and is natural hunter with a great pointing instinct, natural retrieve, and a strong swimmer.
We expect to get some good looking, hard hunting, trainable, and easy to live with shorthairs that your average weekend hunter can be successful with up to someone looking for a MH type dog with good range.

| Sire is about maybe just a hair under 60 lbs and medium height. Dam is 23 inches tall(whithers) and 46 lbs when in fighting weight. Dam has thrown female pups bigger than herself, but was bred to 65-70 pond males the first two times. I kept a female last time and she is 23inches and 51 pounds. The three females she has had have all been 50-55 pounds and 23 inches. |

Puppies are very cute and a ton of work! Have fun with it all. I know you will. I feel very fortunate to breed these wonderful dogs and learn things with every litter. I have been lucky that trego has small litters to get my feet wet. I think those 10 puppy litters would be a greater challenge. I hope you find a really good stud dog that suits Halo really well and you find great buyers/owners that appreciate this wonderful breed. GSP's are the best dogs in the world!!!!! I can't imagine why anyone who likes what we all like having a different breed, but hush and keep it quiet we don't want gsp's becoming labs and goldens.
