Kitty and all
I'm not mad at you! I find this so often when we are fighting anti-dog legi. So many people want to do something about it but don't want to put in the effort. And then many people get caught up in wanting to get the word out and send things that seem good on the surface but are in fact harmful. This got started when a group of dog people went in person to speak with the legislators and took them a cute bag of dog biscuits with a vote No on AB1634 pin attached. This I thought was a good idea because they did it as a personal gift. But sending biscuits to pester is harmful. I do thank you for sending letters and faxes this is really what makes the difference. Please remember to say that you moved from CA because of this constant fight for your rights to enjoy your dogs without government interference. Again I am not mad at you. Leita

Please forgive me for passing on this information. I in no way meant to undermine your efforts or make you so mad.

I do not live in CA any longer. One of the factors considered when moving 4 years ago, was the trends swaying in this direction. I did not want to be caught in the middle of this kind of legislation.

I never less have been communicating with various CA Officials, AKC, Eukenuba, Pedigree, etc by sending faxes, letters, & E-Mails. I have been making phone calls, and taking all of the polls posted to be taken and passing them on as requested by yourself and others. I have encouraged friends Vets, & puppy owners to do likewise.

I mistakenly got caught up in the effort and have passed on an idea which you adamantly oppose. I do see your reasoning in this, and the error in passing this particular idea on.

I did not pass this information on because I am too lazy to take other steps, but instead was leaving no stone unturned.

I’m truly sorry that is has angered you so greatly.

Hey Guys

Following is why I am so against sending the biscuits! I have been fighting this fight for more years then most this is not a good idea! Dog people once again are too lazy to write well thought out letter instead they just want to send some money or dog biscuits. If you want to send money to feel like you are doing something send it to NAIA . Sorry for the tone of this but I am mad.
Think of the boxes and boxes we could pester them with, The space we could take up, The annoyance of receiving pounds and pounds of dog biscuits at your office?
