Bean was devastated today, We have a new F 350, that we tow the toy hauler with....Bean has to ride in the back seat, UNLIKE "her truck"..which she has total access, and always parks that skinny butt right next to the driver ( ME ). Today we took off for the San Juan Islands ( Anacortes ) Wa. She got in the back seat then attempted to come up front, a firm no, stay on your bed...about three times...she gave me that look, you know , the one where they show the white part of the eye ??? She was ticked but was soon in a daze staring out the window. She had already done her two hour walk....( thank goodness )... this is her first new truck trip, and only third 5th wheel adventure... I'm sure by the time the week is over, I'll have much to report.... a quick walk around the RV park, while hubby set stuff up...now shes snoozing in the sun on the couch Renee'

Ha, that's funny, soon the new truck will be "her truck" too. I know that ' this isn't fair look'. This summer we took our first trip to your beautiful state. We spent some time on the San Juan Islands (Friday Harbor). We had a great time, we love your state.

Mocha owned the ext cab chevy I had. Same thing she had to be right next to me. Well she's like that everywhere not just in the truck. We got a newer 99 GMC ext cab but has leather. She has to sit in the hammock I got that covers the back seat. She's used to it but still manages to get the front paws on the console so she is near me. I know that look all too well. We went to New Bedford Mass a few years back when my Dad passed away and we had to take Mocha with us in the car. She had just had a toenail removed to the pad at the vet so the kennel wouldn't take her. She was soo good. She would wake up and bump me with her nose to say hi and then spin around a few times and go back to sleep. 18 hour drive and she was unbelievable!! Well, untill we got there and found the pigeons all over the house. They were by every window there. I ended up buying my step mom some new blinds as they were destroyed when we got back from the funeral.
