Love that picture of Bean looking intently out the window. Has she ever stood on the hassock and pointed?
We have a large TV and when Molly was small we were watching a dog show and when the dogs were going around the ring
Molly decided she wanted to play with them and headed for the TV. Fortunately we had a hard plate on the screen. Now
she doesn't even pay attention to it. |

P.S. It looks like a pretty Washingon day outside that window. We were just up in Walla Walla visiting our son and daughter-in-law and
if we left Colorado I think we would head up that way to live. |

| Mocha loves to sit and stare out the window too. There are red squirrels getting apples from the tree by the window and they are driving her nuts. She stares and you can just watch her shake and shiver with excitement, wanting to get them. She woke us up last Oct at midnight, she was at the foot of our bed and going on like a rabid pitbull. My wife looked out the window and screamed. There was a huge black bear staring in the bedroom window. He just looked at us and slowly walked away. That was way too close for me! Those things give me the creeps! |

That window where Bean sits, had nothing there .....she wiould stand there and stare..sometimes she'd rest her front paws on the sill. Sometimes she'd just stand 2 legged, until she was exhausted, So I moved that ottoman over. She comes in from the outside & runs immediatley to her window

Simple: you just pull up the carpet and replace it- preferably with tile or linoleum.  |

| That's where Mocha and Hunter "warn" me if there is something in the yard. Usually deer but Mocha gets so worked up over any bird or squirrel etc... Just whines and shakes and runs from window to window. She's so silly |

GSP hair off the carpet ???? I'll have to ask my house keeping staff ( My Dear Hubby ) lol
I can't remember when I last ran the sweeper.. Bean and I hit the road for two hours daily
When we get back the house has been cleaned !!!
We are both retired now......so it just happens that way ! ( just the three of us...not much mess )
Lab hair was a different story, thick blonde hair...My hubby would empty the sweeper..
and almost everytime say " that was enough hair to make a whole new dog " LOL
Bean sheds but not toooo bad

| Our foster GSP was pointing Geese, pheasant and Turkey on our TV the other day when watching OLN. It was very entertaining. Non of the other GSP's have done that. He is soooo bird crazy! |

Funny- I was just telling my mother today on the phone that the one fairly thick coated lab/GSP cross we used to have shed more than all 3 purebred GSPs I have now put together. I don't think my mom believed me, but she wasn't the one cleaning up black wads of hair back then!

I seriously need detailed instructions on how to post a picture in to the site. I've tried to change Kota's avatar to no avail.
Seems like all of the pictures that we have of Kota he's either asleep on the couch or in our arms. Sure he's spoiled, but once his 17 week old feet hit the ground, he doesn't stand still long enough to take a good picture.  |
