A friend of mine is thinking about getting another dog. She loves Leena. Does anyone have any links for GSP rescue in PA or NJ? We are near Philly.

Elizabeth, Many rescue programs' needy dogs aren't posted upon intake on petfinder or websites but only after they are evaluated by the foster homes so if your friend doesn't see a match online right now, there may still be the right rescue GSP locally waiting for its well-matched home. Also, should the placement fail a responsible rescue program will take their rescue dog back, just like a responsible breeder would step up for their get. Deb Orpen

Deb, your name seems soo familiar. Do you work with a rescue? I fostered a GSP years and years ago for a rescue in PA.
