I don't know if this is good time or not but Moose and I went for a 4 mile rollerblade trip today in 25 minutes. That was with stoping for some pictures in between. I am actually somewhat excited for snow this year to try skijoring out!

Way to go! If you can keep it up, the dog should slide right into skijoring like a pro!

We just had a minor setback with a porch re-roofing project that mushroomed on us this weekend that kept me from running dogs since Thursday night, but we were back out there tonight on the cart with the headlamp. 18th official hookup of the season, with nearly 55 miles under the wheels so far. Mileage should start adding up quickly from now on out.... as well as wondering WHY the heck I'm trading sleep for blundering around in the wet and cold dark, lol.

Of course that first run on snow makes the answer obvious.
