At this age, yes I would say he will keep it.

Yes, the white will stay although it will look a little smaller in area as he reaches adulthood. Then as he ages, around age 6 or 7 you will start seeing roaning or "frosting" on his face. It happens earlier on dogs without solid liver heads.
