My boyfriend and I just got a beautiful liver and white GSP puppy (Gunner) as a little brother for my 1.5 year old weim. They are already best buddies! Just wanted to introduce myself and say I look forward to learning alot about this magnificent breed from all of you. This is Gunner and his new big brother Butler.

Hi Megan, My name is Bev and I have three shorthairs, Belle (5 YO), Halo (4 YO tomorrow), and Ringo (8 MO). Welcome to the forum. I love you picts. I have a picture of Belle and Halo when Halo was 8 weeks very similar to some of you picts. I also have a pict of Ringo sleeping with all his toys too. Must be a shorthair and weim thing. Anyway, welcome.

Thanks everyone! He is a cute little guy, we LOVE him. He is from the Shooting Starr and Strike lines and should be quite the little man one day. His dad was just under 70lbs, so I think he will be big, however my weim is just under 80lbs, so 70 might seem small to me!

Welcome to the site and to MD. Nice looking GSP and weim....looks like they are on the way to be best buds. I'm about 60 miles south from the capital...just down the bay a little ways. We had a big snowstorm today...which is very unusual for this area. Here are a few pictures of Marley in the snow. these are terrific shots. i particularly like the "head in a planter" sequence... welcome to the forum megan. i joined just a few months ago when juneau arrived, and it's a terrific resource. that said, if you've already raised an 80lb, 1.5 yo weim, you aren't exactly green.
