As a few have read in my oops post about my male possibley have bred my female dog I am adopting a son from Guatemala. I wanted to share a picture I just got of him. He is 8 months in this picture. Thanks for all your kind words on this as well!

Congrats. Your Son is absolutely handsome and beautiful You will be great Parents and raise him to be a dog GSP lover!!! Good luck and if you ever need unwanted advice we raised 2 Sons and know the joys of raising boys with a GSP in paws length

Congratulations! We have some friends that adopted a little girl from Guatemala, and she is an absolute joy. I'm sure your experience will be much the same. And with a face like that, how could it not? Wishing you much love and laughter!

God bless all of you as you embark on your journey into parenthood. There's nothing like it. Just left my bedroom for the 2yo's room the other night because husband was snoring so bad. Suddenly she chirps up in her crib: "Monkey?" TOTALLY asleep, and still talking clear as a bell, lol. Then as I'm about to fall asleep, she suddenly pipes up again: "A Lion?" I was laughing as I shoved a pillow over my head.

What a handsome lad! Good luck with everything! I hope all goes well & you can bring him home soon. I know that there's been a lot happening with the adoptions in Guatamala. I'll keep you in my prayers.

What a beautiful child. It is obvious from your posts about the dogs and rescue work that you will do a great job of teaching him about love and kindness.

He is SOOOOO Beautiful As I said we have a adopted son & it will be so rewarding & bring so much love, fun & great memoirs. Enjoy every second because time goes by so fast. Our baby will be 19 years old on Dec. 2!!!
