I had read this online at the .gov website right after it was introduced. The thing about it that chaf's me is being treated like (worse actually) than a sex offender! The attourney general wants to track me, an honorably discharged USMC vet, with no criminal history.... closer and with more scrutany than some scumbag that rapes kids! Gotta love all this change huh?
