My dog has normal skin tone with spots on his skin , where he has hair or I should say liver spots, his skin is dark . He is white with 2 liver spots , but you can see ticking through his white hair , He is 5 months old . Is the spoting on his skin normal ?  I have pic's of his dad and 1 other pic on the net with dogs with the same spots .

Yes the skin is spotted dark under the dark hair.  It's really noticable with thin coats and white factor dogs.
