Ok so I have seen these term used quite a bit on this site and I would like to know about what age does this start and when does it end. Now I know it is not exact but just an approximate would be fine. I have a 14 week old pup(gsp) and he does not seem to want to stop peeing in the house now he goes all night long no probs. I can take him outside 3 times with in an hour and he will still look at me and whiz away FRUSTRATING!  and just yesterday we took a ride in the truck and he went right on my wifes chest and then not 20 mins later in her lap. Needless to say she is well not liking him much right now. I however have alot more patience than she. Can anybody give me any advice to qwell her in the least bit and give her hope lol. I know how smart, intelligent and wonderful this breed is she insists otherwise! Maybe I'll take her to the woods lol!

You may want to have your vet take a look at your pup.
Could be UTI

it's not uncommon for puppies to get urinary infections I'd get that checked out. Could save you and your pup a lot of frustration.
