For those if you that didn't see my litter announcement on the old board: This should be a great looking bunch of companion hunting and testing dogs!

We are excited to announce that Sundance Revelation (Thunder) will be bred to Spirit Wind Regardless (Lily).  The breeding is expected to take place this week and if all goes well pups will be  whelped in Late July and ready for new homes in Late September.

Thunder is a dual quality dog that has it all! SPEED, STYLE, DESIRE, INTENSITY, and COOPERATION all in one package. He is the son of VC Jacob vd Westwind MH (2002 AKC Hunt Test Sire of the Year) X Sundance Dixie Chick UT I. Thunder has demonstrated he has all the necessary characteristics required in a versatile hunting dog. His points in the field are picture perfect with the high head and tail and his desire in the water is relentless. Thunder has also been a joy in our home. He has been hunted in Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Kansas on a variety of upland and waterfowl game.  Thunder is owned by Donnie Ebersole of Friedelsheim Kennels in Maryland.

Lily has the desire, natural retrieve, and excellent temperament that we look for in a companion gundog.  She will hunt all day.  She is excellent in the house and has been very easy to train.  Lily has been hunted heavily on Ohio and Michigan woodcock, grouse and watefowl as well as quail in Oklahoma.  She loves water and makes duck hunting a blast with her explosive water entry.
 
We expect Lily to be an excellent matron and pass on some very birdy, hard working and biddable gundogs.  Lily's pedigree contains many dogs from Rugerheim Kennels which is known for producing outstanding dual quality dogs..including DC Rugerheim's Bit of Bourbon.  Along with Thunder's Hustler blood, these should be some beautiful dogs that can get it done in the field.

This litter will be AKC and NAVHDA registered.  Pups will be $500 (male and female) with a $100 deposit to reserve your pick.  These pups are priced to go to good hunting and testing homes.

LOL, small world. I know someone, who knows someone who knows the person getting the pup. They were asking me about navhda, and that was why they were asking. Maybe I will get to meet the pup sometime down the road!

I had someone back out (last minute) due to family/work reasons.  I now have a female pup available.  She is very sweet.  1 big patch and a few small patches, a unique balze and a nice high tail. 

I can email pics if you are interested.  Price is still $500.  Mother is linebred on DC Rugerheim's Bit of Bourbon and is my personal hunting dog (Also JH).  The sire is MH/UT 1 and going to NAVHDA Invitational in 2 weeks.
