Great shots! Really enjoyed browsing them. Looks like the new furkids have settled in nicely. What a dog park that is! With a bone bridge to boot. Is that near ATL? How did we msis that place when we visited? They get some good height playing ball!

Thank you :)

I tend to stay away from the dog parks but that is Newtown Dream Dog Park in Johns Creek which is outside of Atlanta in the suburbs. We like going to Lake Allatoona or Lake Lanier where they have more room to run.

It was a contest held by Beneful to have people design their dream park and they chose the winner.

That's neat! We did go to Lake Lanier. Random question that has nothing to do with your post lol...I'm headed to NW AR late this month and debating if i need to heart guard her for the trip. Up here, no very few people worry
Of heart worm and there's really no need here in the winter. Do you treat your dogs this time of year down there? I'm more leery of dog parks when I travel...as here I know the crowd. But, sometimes it's our only option for her to have a "safe" place to run off lead.

I do the HW have had all the kids on them due to the warm ups that we get and it's not as cold as Chicago for us. I prefer to be better safe than sorry so I am a bit cautious when it comes to that. I know some folks that do not worry about it but my kids get to go outdoors all the time so we need it.

Would your vet be able to give you that pill that doubles as flea and heart-worm control?

Love the pics.......... Your kids are all very good looking.

Just an FYI - We have our dogs on Heartgurad all year long. Our first shorthair did get heartworm (22 years ago). I will never take that chance again. It was not a fun operation or recovery for our Butch (we were young and broke so it was costly for us). He survived and went on to live a long healthy life. The heartguard is a very small cost to ensure we never have to see one of our pup's go thru that.

I would if we lived downstate too. But more than one vet has told me here the only cases have come from dogs who traveled south (be it downstate or further), and that most recommend it only if traveling. So I heart guard her when we traveled South this summer but I have traveled with her down south in the winter. She has two months Protection left so I think like you guys say better safe than sorry.I apologize for hijacking this thread with another question lol. Thanks for the input

Nice looking furkids. Enjoyed the pictures. I've never taken my dogs to a dog park for many reasons, but I just might reconsider if I saw one like that. Very nice and well taken care of.

Loved the pics, esp the ones of them clowning around in the park I'm so biased but i always think they make other breeds look boring  Just making me more excited about having two of them

Miss you forever Kintra baby xxx
