I have one almost 7 year old GSP, Boomer, and we're looking for another adult GSP.  Boomer's gun shy to the extreme, so we don't hunt with him.  We picked him up from a shelter when we were in Colorado, and they told us he had a bad "puppyhood" so we didn't make it an issue.   We've moved out to northeast Tennessee now (Bristol, to be exact), and we're looking to add another dog to the family.  We live on 12.5 acres, so there's lots of room to run around and play.  We probably wouldn't hunt very often with him/her, but the kids love to expore the forests nearby, and Boomer always goes with them.

I'd appreciate if anyone hears of a dog close by that needs a good home to let me know via this thread or PM.  Also, please let me know if you have any questions.  Thanks.
