Hello all - have to brag a bit myself. Our Thunder has finished his AFC! In three consecutive weekend trials, Thunder brought home three first placements (including two majors) and a third place. The third means just as much to us as the wins since our son Drew, who is 15 years old, handled him solo for that placement. Drew's first ribbon in a field trial - and it was even a horseback trial. Thunder's second amateur major was pretty darn impressive. I have never seen a dog make it through so many potentially disastrous situations and always look rock solid. I thought I'd throw up for sure, but he took it all in stride.

Congratulations Jean! It was great to see your son Drew handling Thunder at our field trial. I love to see families involved in such a great sport as dogs and field trials.
