Bugsy loves this time of the year and although his shoulder is still not near 100% I thought I'd take him to the fields with his 'bird' (dummy)

Thank you both - I was pleased that he pointed and held. He gets very 'excited' and has a hard time holding - so especially for the first time out in ages I was impressed!

My best guess is gsp/Dane but it is only a guess and of course he could have a bunch of breeds in there.
When I took him to a bird dog trainer, he looked at me like I was nuts when Bugsy hopped out if the car but within 5 minutes was extolling praises on him
