I think the better question is, who/what isn't cold in Hancock? I lived in the Soo for 4 years and nothing has compared to that cold. I know Hancock is even colder! You could always get a vest and then take it off after Sadie warms up a little by running around. Maybe I'm thinking too much like a human, but once we move around and get our heart rates up, we warm up.
