Found some spare time to "torture" Miss Bella Mae today :) She is such a trooper! Happy holidays to everyone and their four legged family!

OMG! Amazing pictures! I am thinking I might try and get some tonight... This is going to be very difficult with having the puppy! We have purchased several outfits and accessories for pictures and I have a few pose ideas too lol!

Thanks guys. I really can't fathom why she tolerates it. She makes it so easy it's not even really "torture". It's pretty quick lol. I forgot a couple of cute ones. Posting them now.

@Splat - that is one thing I miss about having a small breed. I could do these type of things with FAR less eyebrow raises I get doing it to Bella lol. It took me a couple of stores to find her Halloween costume as most were XS-S. Can't wait to see your Christmas pics!

The Christmas lights were the main photos I wanted to take. Splat, I can sympathize with you on the shots not coming out how you want. I'm behind a camera daily, and sometimes it's painless, other times its really trial and error to get the shot you want. It took me a while to get my lighting right for the lights photos, and even then I wanted to use less flash so the lights were brighter. Hard to do with subject that is prone to move even just a touch. You just can't leave your shutter open long enough for low light with animals. I had one really cute one, but she flicked her ear so it was blurry.

Keep trying! You'll get something you're happy with. If you're trying shots in front of the tree and want the lights on the tree to illuminate, try putting your camera on a tripod, bumping down your aperture to the lowest it will go, and bump up your ISO as much as you can (don't use a flash). If your pups have a solid Stay or Wait, you should be able to get something. It might be a little grainy from bumping up the ISO, but decent none the less.

I'm sure you could get a great shot of Delilah! Here is Bella this time last year at just over three months:

She had learned "down" and "wait" pretty quickly...does her face seem to suggest regreting learning those two command? lol

I needed to laugh right now .

Your pictures of Bella remind me Of Wegman. http://www.barnesandnoble.com/p/wegman-assortment-christmas-boxed-card/18299091

I have sent every Xmas card he has shot.

I was in the dollar store and found a streachy  red and white fur neck piece with  bells on it and a tiny santa hat. that doesn't fit at all.  Hanna looked so darn silly I about Wee'd my pants laughing.  She pawed it off in a hurry.  I keep it in my   truck which is red,  and put it on her  as we drive around. We look right festive and funny.  Gives me a chortal every time I look at her.

Oh get a shot of Hanna in that hat lol.

Love those cards. He's a handsome boy. I do sell scenic cards locally and my plan is to get enough different "looks" that I can have "Bella Cards". Who knows if anyone would buy them, but GSPs are pretty popular up this way (can't believe the increase I am seeing even since we got her) so maybe someone would. She was one of maybe three that visited the dog park from time to time last year, now it's rare we go and don't run into more GSPs or at minimum GSP mixes.

We had her pic with "Santa Paws" at our local feed store last weekend to help donate to our local animal welfare society. I get to pick the picture up tomorrow. It should be a hoot.

Got her UPAWS fundraiser santa picture back. Phone picture of the picture, but not too bad lol. She really didn't like that Santa was holding her by the collar but she was a good girl.

Delilah's mom, we are in the UP (so my scenic cards are ALL yooper scenery lol). I haven't set up any kind of internet purchase option, but if it is the GSP cards you'd be interested in I will let you know when I make some. I had made some of her in her birthday hat, but the paper they came back on was much lower quality than usually sent so I had to return them and haven't made more.

Any suggestions on fun poses or ideas anyone thinks people would find fun would be appreciated :) I have in my mind to do a hockey one soon.
