Sending my thoughts and prayers to those affected by hurricane Sandy, may you & your loved ones be safe.
Lou and I and the dogs are good in CT although a ton of damage on the coast and very sad - a fireman died in the line of duty a few towns over " align="absMiddle" border="0" src="/DesktopModules/NTForums/themes/blue/emoticons/sad.gif" /> The wind was insane although we didn't get much rain. We lost power Monday night and no word yet on getting it back. We have a generator that gives us heat, hot water, some lights and a tv channel so all is well with us. We are about 20 minutes from the beach and they got hammered really bad over there. This is the 3rd storm in 2 years now that was bad with fallen trees and wires down. First one was Irene last September, then the freaky snow storm a year ago and now Sandy. Just can't believe how massive Sandy was and how she morphed into a Noreaster. I am seeing good in people though. Where I work it is located on a very busy main road and all the traffic lights are out. There are now stop signs in place and people are actually stopping and all letting one another take their turns - that is not normal here as people are always in such a ME FIRST hurry. So I am happy to see that. I hope everyone else is going to be ok - sending prayers to all those affected up and down the East Coast and to the Great Lakes - can't believe how much land mass this crazy storm covered!
