My dog thinks Milk Bone Dog Biscuits are the greatest thing in the world.  We have tried several other biscuit/treats, but she seems to enjoy these the most.  As in dog food, some biscuits are better than others for your dog.  Does anyone know where Milk Bones rank?  Because they are inexpensive, I'm assuming they are not a high quality item.

I think they equate to cr@p. I do feed mine a few here and there though. The biscuits I buy cost $7 per small bag so I supplement that with Milk Bones. They look like cardboard that was shredded and then glued into the form of a biscuit. All they know is "cookie" so they don't care.

Mine love MBs. I don't worry about treats as they don't get that many. I do stay away from treats that come from China though.

I think in a dog's mind you can't beat milk bones. Everywhere we go they seem to have milk bones to give out. The bank's, the transfer station, lumber yard, ups driver & even our electric meter reader. A dog's life ! Can't beat it !

Same as Bev - I avoid anything made in China but treats are treats. He doesn't get many, the ones he does get he has to work for and I use quality products for training.
I mean I eat some chips and cookies, I figure he can have a guilty pleasure too :)

My dogs have had Milk-Bones for years. The UPS driver stopped yesterday and instead of barking, all I heard was happy whining because they were expecting Mike-Bones. :-)

I'm pretty particular about other things they eat, but since they don't get that many, I just call it their daily "junk food" treat.

Ya ... I wouldn't buy milkbones for my guys, but if someone wants to give them one (and the dogs are sitting and behaving themselves) who am I to say no. I'm lucky, mine have pretty tough tummies and food allergies would be the only reason I wouldn't let them take a treat from someone (or if they were being complete doofuses and didn't deserve a treat).

And really, is a milkbone any worse than peanut butter toast that they get on the weekends? ;)
