We took Binni Saturday to visit her breeder and doggy parents. Her mom was sniffing her like crazy and then tried to run her off the property twice!! It was hilarious. Binni's dad could of cared less that she was there. I have to admit, it was fantastic to watch her running with 3 other GSP's. (of course, she is the best looking one of the bunch) She had a blast and slept the entire car ride home. 1 1/2 hours! She is 9 months old now and it is finally starting to get a bit easier with her. She requires a ton of attention and lucky for her, I have a ton of attention to give to her
By the way, finally figured out how to get a pic of her as my avatar YAY ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We also have a 6 month old English Springer Spaniel. Binni is with Niko ALL THE TIME!!! They play together, but fight a lot!! Must still be trying to figure out who the alpha is??
But is was so nice to see her with her parents and brother. We don't live by any of the pups from her litter. As a matter of fact, we have the only GSP in our town! That is why everyday when we go for our walks, we are stopped at least once or twice. Everybody want to check Binni out. She is 9 months old also. So happy the early puppy months are behind us. They were VERY trying times...
When my pup was a little bit younger we met some of his sisters at the local dog park. The breeder is going to try to do a 1 year reunion for pups that stayed local. There aren't many around here so it will be nice to see a group running together.
Pic below is my pup meeting his sister at the park.
Binni's a gorgeous girl I think it's brilliant when breeders try to keep in touch with litters, esp if they get to meet up again. I've got to say i enjoy seeing Keely meeting other dogs, but it's esp fun to watch when it's other gsps as they just seem to go daft My OH gets embarrassed by me because i'll approach other gsp owners (even if we dont have Keely with us) and start cooing over their dogs
