If you are close to Pittsburgh, GSP Rescue in PA is holding a microchip clinic at Sportsman's Warehouse in Pittsburgh's North Hills. Your microchipped dogs benefit from having a safety net should they stray, get lost on a scent or are stolen, and the proceeds benefit the needy German Shorthaired Pointers in our program with direct dog care costs.

The total cost of the microchipping is $35 per dog which includes chip insertion by a licensed veterinarian AND the registration cost with AVID.

This is our first microchipping event in W PA so we ordered a limited number of microchips. Reservations and time slots are recommended though walk-ins will be accepted based on availability. Please contact bbroskey@comcast.net for more information, reservations, directions, etc.
