Hi everyone,
I am new to this forum so thought I might introduce myself.
Im Charlotte from the UKand I have a 3yro GSP bitch with whom I compete with in agility and travel the country as part of a dog display team - keeps us busy! I have tried my hand at working her but found she was too hard mouthed after being taught to 'rag' at a young age so we gave that up although would love to do it again! I have tried several if not all disciplines with her Im hoping to be joined by another GSP next year.
I have found my breed now! I could chat all day about them and enjoy advising people on them and meeting other owners. I hope to chat to likewise people on here! |

Hi and welcome Charlotte. I think we all know what you mean when you say that you've found your breed - they're pretty addictive i would say! I'm planning to add another soon also but have to wait until my pup's reasonably well trained
So what activities do you do with yours? I was planning to begin canix until we lost our girl, but am still going to introduce our new pup when she old enough.
Enjoy the forum. Everyone's really sweet and helpful, and it's great to communicate with other people who are just as enthusiastic about these lovely, affectionate, intelligent doggies. |

Welcome! Another young lady here from the UK named Shelly I'm sure she'll pop in she does a lot of training and showing and field work as well. If you fnd a good pro trainer they can fix that hard mouth issue. Welcome aboard |

Welcome Charlotte. Nice to see you here. I've been a doberman person for almost 30yrs. and adopted my GSP Lucy about a year ago from our shelter. I love her dearly and am so glad to know the breed thanks to many helpful members here. Look forward to seeing pictures. |

| Welcome! GSPs make wonderful agility dogs. We had several competing at Eukanuba this last week and one made it to the finals. Two of my pups from my last litter also will be competing in agility. A great sport. For myself I have 4 shorthairs and we do conformation, obedience, hunt tests and my oldest girl is a therapy dog. I have dabbled in both agility and flyball, but just don't have the time for anything more. How bout some pictures of your girl. |

So you just missed one step. Select the small icon when editing that looks like a mountain and then the links you pasted into your post should be pasted into the box next to URL. Your shorthair is gorgeous. Love the boots too. They must be very popular in the UK because one of the other forum members from the UK has a pair too. |
