Does anyone have experience with a dog who has a salivary gland infection?  Belle woke up Saturday morning with a knot the size of an egg on her neck that literally popped up over night and she has been diagnosed with a salivary gland infection.  She's been on heavy antibiotics for two days now and the swelling has not gone down much.  We have to take her back in two days if there isn't any change.  Any experience?
