Just wanted to update everyone...
Today was a GREAT day. While Emma did have an accident overnight in the crate, we got her cleaned up this morning and she's been great ALL day! No accidents even when I had to put her in the crate for two hours while I cleaned the house...she has been fantastic! She has put on some weight the past few days as well and looks GREAT. Still looking forward to the vet appointment just to hear that everything is fine with her. I was so amazed today that she didn't have one accident, feels like we may be making progress. Also, within a matter of minutes she learned sit yesterday and got it when asked today too. I am just so impressed. I knew she would be smart, but the fact that she has been catching on so quickly these last few days is very impressive. She is laying at my feet chewing on a nylabone as I type this.

That is great news. I am not surprised. Keep up the good work.
