we are STILL waiting, UGH
He's doing OK, he did run staple splitting zoomies this morning :(
So yes at times he seems himself, other times he is very flat but there is a lot going on.
The anti-biotics are wreaking havoc on his intestines so I'm giving rice, pumpkin and acidophilus to try and keep things from being pure cow pies
The wound site is enlarged which I guess is from overdoing it - someone recommended hot and then cold compresses so trying that today.
I just really am tired of waiting

thank you all - I am so fortunate to have so many sending their best vibes and prayers to my boy.
I turned a corner yesterday and feel ready to take on whatever it is that lies ahead. I am sure that it is all of the positive mojo I am receiving.
Beastie has been full of fire this morning, so much so that I caved and walked him. His wound site is still very raised so we'll see the vet AGAIN later.
Although his poop is still way too soft he was voracious for his breakfast, first time in over a week so that is good.
Thank you again - I am so very appreciative!

Great prayers of hope and fast healing streaming for you and Bugsy. Never fun to have lumps on dogs. Our first GSP, Poge had a fast growing tumor removed from his back right leg on the joint removed when he was 9 yrs old. Poge lived to be almost 16 yrs old. I hope Bugsy can surprise all and live to a ripe old age no matter what the lab results bring.
