We took the day off yesterday to get some stuff done around the house and decided to take Remz to do some hunt training as well. He did well for not being there for a few weeks.

He's doing great with gunfire, no issues there.

I felt bad, we worked him pretty hard in the heat. We went to an afternoon session and I didn't even think about the heat when we went out. He ran around like a wild man for about a half hour and we noticed he was panting pretty good, decided we better go get some water. He got to cool off in the kiddy pool back at the trainers house for a while.  Then, since I was feeling guilty...and this was the look I got:

We stopped for ice cream at DQ!

He got his own cup of ice cream, he was pretty thrilled!

Next training session will be work with the ecollar. I'm excited to get him finished up and see how he does this fall.
