Hi all,

I've not been good at all about updating the website with photos of these babies because I think they are all sold. Plus I just started a new job so things are a little nuts.

But I did at least get a few candid photos taken, see:

http://www.desertrosekennel.com/teejay_and_remi_litter.htm

The outside photos were their first trip outdoors. When it's 110 degrees during the day, it's just not safe to take them out until nearly dark. So the photos aren't the greatest quality, especially given that these babies are BUSY. They are 3-3.5 weeks here and you would think they would have been timid, but it was like trying to keep track of 10 toddlers with ADHD. Nuts. Hence, blurry photos.

I don't think we've ever had so many babies with such loud markings. Very neat looking, or I think so anyway. All 10 have really nice tail set, nearly 12 o'clock tails outside just running around.

This weekend they will be learning to swim and seeing birds for the first time - as they are 4-4.5 weeks old now. Should be fun and I will do my best to attempt to take photos.

These two litters have become one litter with two mamas. Teejay and Ellie trade off on box time now that they are in the big high sided wood box. Which I think has been beneficial for all involved. The babies are getting PLENTY of nursing time. Tilly is now SEVEN POUNDS. Just enormous babies. And the mamas get a mental health break.

Jean

Hmmm, maybe having two litters at the same time has it's benefits, at least for the momma dogs. These are two very nice litters Jean and I understand about time and taking pictures. It takes allot of time to do the pictures on top of all the other things you need to do for the puppies. They are beautiful!!

Well you know which ones were my favorites :-) I thought about smuggling one out with me last weekend but Jean was keeping a good eye on me LOL. They are all just cute as a button.

Bev - thanks much! And yes, two litters (thank god not two big litters!) have actually proven to work out well.

Rebecca likes the fat ones - aka Tilly and Tank
