I misread your original question. Bo had already had his first set of shots when we picked him up at 7.5 weeks. There are lots of breeders on here who can probably speak to what is "normal" in terms of vaccinations.

Welcome to the forum. Just love having another person from Wisconsin on this forum. Looking forward to seeing picture of your new GSP pup . Congratulations on your soon to graduate from college and summer internship. I am real familiar with School in Wisconsin, as First Son, 2003 graduate of UW La crosse, Second son ,2005 graduate of UW Stevens Point and lastly me, non traditional student, 1999. Graduate of UW Oshkosh college of Nursing. Good news Mom was able to get thur college in time to partly help out with double tuitions. Being a latter in life college graduate has taught me to continue to learn new worlds never seen or experienced. So I am happy to be signed up to go to my very first GSPCA Nationals!! I am so excited to be able to experience so many GSPs and others on this forum in one location seeing them strutting their stuff. Welcome and come to a visit if your calender and time permits!!

Hi Zach!

Just found this site today.  We are also getting a pup from the same litter!  So very excited and can't wait!  We've heard nothing but great things about this breeder.  We're from West Allis so not too far from you.

Will you be getting a female or male?

Hi Zach!

We're getting a female and my husband already has her name picked out.  We can't wait!  How about you?  Congratulations on your upcoming graduation from LaCrosse.  Our daughter is also graduating next week.

Maureen

Maureen,

I have my name picked out too, but I also have a few backups for my male. I'm 3rd pick on the male side of the litter. Thanks for the congrats, I don't actually graduate until December and it will be from UW-Platteville with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. I'm excited to say the least!

Zach,

Sorry about the mixup, congrats are still in order.  We have first pick of females.  June 22 can't get here fast enough.  It's going to be different having a new pup in the house.  She'll be a welcome addition to our family.  We put our english pointer to sleep in January, she had cancer, and really miss her.  So needless to say we are looking forward to the newest member of our family. We are looking forward to the pictures being posted.
