Ace, I would definitely look for a different breeder. There are way to many red flags here! My family use to raise dogs and we would never breed our females more than once a year, if that often. I have always heard that over breeding can cause small litters and sick puppies. The moms body has to have a little recovery time. I would look else where for a pup. Just a thought.
