Hi, I'm new to this forum, but wanted to join to meet others with the same love for this breed as I have. My boyfriend and I got our first GSP puppy last July....and our lives haven't been the same since!!!  Levi will be 10 months old on the 26th and has brought us nothing but joy and entertainment. Every day is a new adventure and I'd love nothing more but to share our journey! Meet Levi!

Welcome to the forum. Levi is a very handsome young man. Does he still have his angel's kiss (the little round spot on his head)? That spot runs in my pedigree, but they usually loose it as they get older. Some folks call it a monk's cap, but I like angel's kiss better. Do you know his pedigree? I would love to see if he has any of the same dogs in his background that is in my pedigree.
He still has some growing to do to catch up to those ears. LOL, he is a cutie. |

| Welcome. Levi is adorable. I can say that cause he's still a pup. I'm currently fostering Lucy. She's my first experience with a GSP and boy am I learning fast. ;-) I also have a Dobe and gsd/lab mix. Look forward to hearing more about Levi and seeing more pix. |

Thank you!!! I'm not 100% sure of his pedigree...I know both of his parents were Master Hunters and are both AKC Registered. His mom had an Angel Kiss on the top of her head and every one of the pups were born with that as well...Levi does still have his! I hope it stays, its so cute!!
ghamer- What breeder did you get you pup from? Levi came from SOS Kennels in Pine Grove and I saw a couple of their pups over the years have come to the Harrisburg area...just curious if ours could be from the same blood line! |

| I actually got Dax from a breeder in Forksville, Pa....kinda near Bloomsburg/Wilkes area. Where was that waterfall picture taken? It wouldn't by chance be in Rickett's Glen State Park is it? |

Yes that picture was taken at ricketts glen. That was our first time there and Levi loved it. Here is his pedigree.

| I figured there was a cross somewhere in your pedigree and mine. The cross is at Odyssey's Saint Blitz. Both of the pedigrees in Levi are very nice. |

Rickettes Glen was amazing...I can't wait to go back this Spring!!! I'll have to post more picture of our trip!
I love the puppy stage but I am anxious to see how big he is going to get! I've had a lot of people tell us they think he is going to be a big boy!

Welcome Levi (and family)! Love the pics....reminds me of how much fun we're going to have "teaching" Atlas how to swim this summer. He's a balls to the wall kindof dog though, so I'm pretty sure we'll have no issues!
