What is it ??? LOOKS GREAT..bet the pups love the new ride ?

Did you get this with "DOG IN MIND" ?

I remember buying a 2000 4runner.....when I had my Lab.....I bought it because the rear window went up & down...he could get good ventilation>>>>>Then my Uncle busted my bubble, telling me that the rear window allowed access of Bad vehicle fumes...........Like the fumes came out of the exhaust & directly into the rear of the SUV................

My Lab was happy with his new vehicle...& I ran the air conditioner in FUMEY areas just in case..............We both loved that truck....

Happy trails in your new Truck

Congrats, we just baught a new SUV as well. The only reason we did was because of the dog, LOL. The hubby didnt want him to get cold riding in the back of the truck. We havent got to try it out in the snow yet. We only get sun, sun and a little rain here in Sacramento. Darn Golden state!

Prior to taking dog for a ride:
Me: Wanna go bye, bye?
Dog: spin, spin, spin, jump up and down, spin some more. Run to front door and back, spin some more. All in 2.7 seconds. Forget ever showing him the leash! I have to sneak it on him while he's sleeping.

It is a 1998 Subaru Forester AWD I lucked out because it was also the sport model!!

And yes I did sort of get with "dog in mind" I really like being able to take my animals places and when I had Winston it was a big pain with a small car...so I made a "kind of " promise to myself that I would keep that in mind when I had to get a new vehicle...though I wanted a veihicle with AWD and that pretty much rules out a lot of cars anyway

I flet pretty blessed, I was looking and waiting a long time and this popped into my lap with everything I was looking for *laughs* even down to the colour!

That's a pretty popular SUV...

A friend of mine needed a new car...she has two dogs, and one of them is realllly old..the Suburu was just the right fit, for them cuz the older dog could get in the back easier than a high 4X4 suv...

the last couple years with my Lab, & my 4RUNNER, I had to use a pet ramp, and the 4runner wasn't really THAT high....

Congrats on the new car.....ENJOY it

We have a Toyota Matrix ... we JUST squeeze Bo's travel kennel in, but it's a perfect fit for a dog, the two of us and luggage for a short trip :) (Plus the tailgate is low enough he just hops right in and out no prob!)
