NO Noah!!!   GSPs are not allowed to attend the games in the stadium. So we didnot attend!!   We only watched on channel 11 Packer Family night from the living room couch!!  Rocky went out the back door for only 2 football touch downs from our backyard.!!  Looks like our Packers are starting out like a new team in a new season. Did talk to some folks who went to the Packer Family Night and watched part of a video clip they taped at the Lambeau field. Really enjoyed the fireworks display around the stadium Did you guys go???  We are greatly looking forward to the new Packer season moving on with the new quarterback!!   Win or lose we will always BACK THE PACK no matter what!!! We live and breathe the Packers

My favorite comedy skit about the Chicago Bears, was when Saturday NightLive came out with the Mike Dtka Chicago Bears Fan club eating polish sausage! The late Chris Farley was one of the actors who played one of loyal Chicago Bear Fans. ... Our football pre and post game parties are always fun  and the best when the Packers are playing The Bears!!  When my 2 sons were in junior high on a fixed allowance, they went shopping in the early spring and bought me a Bears jacket on sale!!!   Was I popular in my neighborhood????

I have to admit, I had to look it up for the correct spelling..., but I did know the player.  Being a Bears fan, I grew up wanting to beat the Packers more than anything, as I'm sure a Packers Fan is toward the Bears.  There are a lot of Fans that dont care if we go 2-14 as long as the 2 wins are against the Packers!

Well I have to admit also too, I eventually passed my Bears jacket on to one of my friends teenage son who was and is a loyal Bears fan!!   Her son was very happy to receive the Bears Jacket . Now her son lives in Chicago  near his beloved Chicago Bears!!   His older brother is a loyal Packer fan still lives in Wisconsin.... Reminds me of 2 other brothers, Noah and Sam  One a loyal Packer Fan and the other a Viking fan.  On that note, It is a possibiility Sam as a young adult, may end up moving to Minnesota to be near his beloved  Vikings while Noah moves to Greenbay

Noah Yes, I heard from our next door neighbor when we were outside tossing ball about Brett going to the Jets as #4. Believe me we are going thur the same sad adjustments when Don Majkowski got injured and Brett  back then a young QB took over for Don the Magic man we used to call him. Our 2 sons Mike and Dennis were 11yrs old and 9 yrs old back then and had posters of Don Majkowski  hanging on their bedroom wall. Both Dennis and MIke would spend hours and hours playing football with friends in our back yard in the late summer and early fall. Every single Fall they would compete in punt pass and kick sponsored by the KCs One lucky year, MIkes younger brother Dennis won first place in punt pass and kick in our little town. Then the next week Dennis got to go to regionals in another town to compete with all the other first place kids who won in their towns. And lucky Dennis won another 1st place in his age group in regionals  . Dennis then got to compete with all the regional 1st places in the half time show at a Packer Game in the stadium Our whole family got to go and watch Dennis  and the other kids who won 1st palce in their regionals Dennis ended up in 4th place in the state and won a big trophy  Dennis was 8 years old that year. The Packers played against Tampa Bay Bucs that game. ....Of course Dennis and Mike had great ball throwing arms because they grew up with our 1st German Shorthaired Pointer , Poge.  They play ball with Poge everyday. Poge was a great outfielder when we played backyard baseball and would retrieve the ball hit out into the field bringing the ball back to the pitchers glove.  I still tell my sons, Mike and Dennis today they are  good in sports and all they do because of growing up with a German Shorthaired Pointer  ..
