I am so proud of Phoenix! We had our dock jumping championship weekend for the end of the season. Phoenix was in the Master finals which were for dogs who had earned their master title through out the year. A master is a dog who has jumped between 20”-22’5” at least 5 times during the year. Phoenix finished 4^th after the semi finals as they take the top 10 dogs in each division for Sunday’s finals. We had a VERY VERY nice group of Master dogs who were jumping HUGE all weekend so it was VERY tight competition for Sunday’s finals. Phoenix pulled out not only a new Personal best jump but a HUGE jump at that. We have never had a dog that has jumped this big before. Her jump for finals on Sunday was a 23’11”! Over a foot longer than her previous personal best! I was so happy. This put her in 2^nd place over all for the Master division for Sunday! I am hoping some people got some pictures for me as we use both me and my hubby on the dock with Phoenix. So we couldn’t do any pictures. I just wanted to share with you all as you have all been so much fun to share with our dock jumping experiences!

Our other dog Rajah who started this all out for us 6 years ago now did awesome as well. He is 9 this year so competed in the Vetran dogs division and won that with a jump of 22’5” and also pulled out another 22’5” jump in the finals on Sunday. We are not sure where he placed for Finals in Masters on Sunday though as they only announce the top 3. Rajah also took 2^nd in Fetch It. He is doing awesome for a 9 year old! :0)
