Halo and Buddy are the proud parents of 8 boys and 3 girls.  Three were delivered naturally before one got stuck. The remainder were delivered via C section.  Mom and babies are doing great.  Halo had 13 puppies, but one boy and one girl did not make it.  I have one male with allot of patches, but most have few patches.  The ticking should start showing up over the next couple of weeks.  Should be ticked very similar to Halo.

How is Halo doing after her surgery? Poor girl! Like I said on FB though, shes' got 11 gorgeous puppies to be proud of!
I can sympathize with her, I had 18 hrs of labor and ended in a c-section too! I know the feeling of the truck hitting you the day after just like she's gotta be feeling now!

Congratulations Hope eveything goes well from here on.

With 11 puppies will you need to supplement or help in feeding them? How many are now spoken for?

gatsby - Momma has plenty of milk, I just have to play traffic cop to make sure everyone gets their fair share at the milk bar. I only have 3 males still available.

Thanks everyone!! The last 48 hours has seemed like an eternity. I am still exhausted and so is Halo. But we are catching up on some sleep. Halo is a wonderful momma. She will only leave the puppies to go outside and potty and then right back in to them.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!
Exciting, isn't it? Are you going to bottle feed any?

When do they docked? A good idea is to mark it for the vet, if you have a particular length you like. I personally like a longer tail.

Oh boy, can't wait tosee them grow up. Got any videos?

Congratulations! Good to hear Halo is doing well. Quite an eventful entry into the world. Sorry for the loss of the 2 puppies. I have always wanted to raise a litter of puppies. I will be looking forward to updates as the pups grow. How are Belle and Ringo reacting to the puppies? Hope you get some rest.

I have the individual pictures up on my website at www.yellowrosegsps.biz/index_files/Page331.html

They are all healthy and happy.  Halo is doing all the work and handling it like a pro.  She has a ton of milk so I am only making sure the smaller gang gets some time to nurse.  Right now I have three size groupings.  The biggest are around 12.5 oz (Lt Green, Yellow, Orange, Purple, Red, and Lt Blue), the next group in size is around 11 oz (Dark Blue, Dark Green, Brown and Black), and my little girl, Rose, is 8.2 oz.  She is a toughy and is pushing her bigger siblings out of the way now.

Here is a video that my best friend did tonight when she came over to check in on the litter.

Glad things are going well! It's interesting that the brown male has so many patches while the others don't. Are you planning to keep a boy or a girl?
