Bev, didnt you have an x-ray done???? (I think you know the answer to how many, LOL!!!!)
I say 9 too......of course I was SUPPOSED to have 3 or 4, so maybe 12???? Laffin!!!!! |

Here's a cheat pic....Tara the week prior to whelping & she had 9.......not sure how big Halo is, Tara is about 47 lbs & 22". (bigger female can "hide" more) Got your coffe ready for an all-nighter???? (and towels, scissors, betadine, newspaper, puppy basket, donuts - for Halo, for energy, really, LOL- scale, hmmm what'd I miss......OH, camera!!)

| Anne - Halo is just slightly bigger than Tara. They are close to the same height, but Halo weighs 50 lbs. I get her xray done on 6 Aug. The vet wanted to wait until we were pretty close to the delivery date. I have started taking temps today. Her first temp was 100.4. |

The vet said she was carrying the puppies well and because she had such a muscular back and abs that might not look as much like a big litter. But because of what she saw with the ultrasound and unless Halo reabsorbed some of the pups, she thought is would be a large litter. I guess we will know this coming Friday. |

| Ultrasound, thats it, I knew you did something for a count!! Then I take what I said & go back to 9, LOL!! (Tara was very muscled also & ran up until last week-10 days of pregnancy when she couldn't anymore, but 9 one lb pups will do that to you!!) |

| She has gained about 13 lbs and that was as of 2 weeks ago. She normally weighs around 50 and she weighed in at 63 lbs two weeks ago. I let her run and pretty much do what she wants and only interfere if they get after a opossum. Don't want her tangling with one of those right now. |

| I am guessing 11, 7 girls 4 boys. Dont fotget to charge the camera batterys and have the video camera ready also .I had someone tape the whole liter beiing born on Mollys litter .Glad i did . Cant wait for the news congats (been far east ) |
